Saying Goodbye to the Hedines in Amberg, Germany | Family Session

It all started and ended in Amberg, Germany…

So, backstory: The Hedines were some of my first serious clients when I moved to Germany, and now they’re moving away!! In total, I photographed them five times over the span of two years, and watched them grow from a couple to a little family of three when baby Lynley was born. Basically, they’re some of my favorite people to photograph and their repeat business meant the world to me!

Heck, they even saw my photography style transform over the span of the past two years. We literally watched each other grow.

/sigh/ To quote the great Ferris Bueller: “Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.” But in my experience of living in a military community, it’s never really goodbye because you’ll most likely run into each other again at some point down the road!

So, it’s not really a goodbye, but just a ‘see you later’ ;)

Safe travels friends! <3
